We’re ideally looking for someone with:
• Good understanding of SAML and federated access
• Good understanding of IP-based access and proxy technology
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
The role:
OpenAthens, a Jisc enterprise, has the vision to become the world’s most user-friendly information access management experience, helping academics, students, scientists and library patrons gain access to the knowledge they need to achieve great things.
The implementation specialist provides basic to intermediate knowledge and support to customers who are implementing OpenAthens products and services. You will have a foundation to a career path in IT ranging from agile software development, systems administration, to pre-sales consultancy and agile product ownership.
You will be providing implementation support to OpenAthens customers and partners worldwide, who rely on the team’s expertise and guidance for new set ups. The role is an opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team during an exciting period of growth.
